AI Visibility Review

Find out what AI tells your customers about you.

We put the questions your buyers ask to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI features, record what comes back, and show you what to fix. Fixed scope, fixed price, two weeks.

When a buyer asks AI who can help.

More people now ask AI to shortlist who to call, whether it’s a facility manager comparing contractors or a homeowner who needs someone this week. “Who does end-of-lease cleaning in Adelaide?” “Which painters do commercial repaints in Perth?” The answer draws on your website, your reviews and your listings, and those don’t always agree. If your service areas, services or contract experience are out of date anywhere, the answer can be too.

Example questions we’d test

“Who’s the best accountant for a small business in Sydney?”
“Which marketing agencies work with B2B companies?”
“Who can fix a leaking roof this week in Brisbane?”

Search results and AI answers work differently, so they need checking differently.

What you get for $499.

A defined review with the scope agreed before we start, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
01
20 buyer questions
Agreed with you before we begin. Some name your business and some don’t, and we report the two separately.
02
Three AI platforms
ChatGPT search, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews. Every answer is recorded with its question, platform and date.
03
Three competitors
Who comes up in your place, and what the answers say about them.
04
The sources behind the answers
What each answer cites, on your site and elsewhere, and whether those sources are accurate.
05
A prioritised fix list
What to change, why it matters, who can change it and what to do first. Most fixes are things you control: your site, your listings and your content.

A 30-minute walkthrough
We take you through the findings, and you keep the report.

What a finding looks like.

Made up to show the format. No result is claimed.

Asked

“Who provides [service] in [region]?”

The answer said

The business serves an area it left two years ago.

What we found

The business’s own location page and an old directory listing disagree.

Who can fix it

The business, for its own page. The directory, on request.

Next

Correct the location page, request the directory update, then re-check the same question.

Why it’s $499.

This isn’t an automated report. Every question is asked by hand on each platform, every answer is recorded and every source is checked. That takes real time, and a fixed price is the fairest way to charge for it.

We’ve kept the scope tight and the price low because it’s the clearest way to show how we work, before you commit to anything bigger. There’s no retainer and no lock-in. If the findings point to work worth doing, we’ll quote it, and the $499 comes off that cost. If they don’t, you keep the report and the fix list, and you can make the changes yourself or with anyone you like.

If you don’t find the review useful, tell us at the walkthrough and we will refund you  in full.

Start with three questions, on us.

When you book, tell us your main service and where you work. Before the call, we’ll put three of your buyers’ questions to ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers and bring what came back.

In 15 minutes you’ll see how you’re showing up, and you can decide whether the full review is worth it. If it isn’t, that’s fine. You keep what we found.

You’ll talk to the people doing the work.

Alanah Fox and Lance Redgrave founded Redfox. Between them they bring more than 20 years of search, content and website work, and they run every review themselves. No account managers, and no handing you off after the first call.

You’ll be talking to one of us

The people we work with say it best.

Honest feedback from clients who trusted Redfox to solve important digital problems.

What the review can tell you, and what it can’t.

It shows what selected AI tools said, to a defined set of questions, on the dates we checked. It doesn’t show every answer every user will ever see, and AI answers change from one day to the next. That’s why we record the date and keep the questions fixed, so any later check compares like with like.
We can change what you control. Nobody outside those platforms controls their answers, and we won’t pretend we do.

Questions

Is this just SEO with a new name?

No. SEO is about being found in search results. This looks at what AI answers say about you and the sources they rely on. The two share foundations, and the fix list says where they overlap.

No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. We can show you how you appear and improve the information those answers draw on.

Answer engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation. They’re the industry names for this kind of work. What matters is the scope, and here it’s written down before we start.

No. The call and the three-question check are free. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with the full review.

Fifteen minutes for the first call, a few minutes to agree the questions, and half an hour for the walkthrough. We do the rest.

See what AI says about you.

Book 15 minutes with Alanah. We’ll bring three of your questions, already checked, and you can decide from there.
