Positioning
We find where growth gets stuck.
Redfox helps established businesses find and fix the digital and marketing gaps getting in the way of growth. It brings strategy, marketing, technology and execution together, so the direction it recommends can be carried through into the work.
Find the gap. Fix what matters. is the working principle. The requirement determines the response, whether that is a focused project or an ongoing relationship.
Be understood. Be found. Be chosen. is the primary brand line. It describes the buyer-facing outcomes the work supports. The supporting expression, “We turn credibility into demand”, relates to visibility, relevance and conversion: suitable people finding the business, understanding its value and taking action. It is not a guarantee of demand or a description of every platform, operational or governance outcome.
Company profile
Redfox Digital helps good businesses grow.
Usually, the problem isn’t the business itself. The work is good. The customers are happy. The reputation is strong.
Something just isn’t translating.
The website undersells them. The marketing lacks direction. The right people aren’t finding them. Enquiries disappear somewhere between interest and action. Or there’s simply too much activity and not enough understanding of what’s actually working.
That’s where we come in.
We find the gap between where a business is and where it could be, then help close it.
Sometimes that means sharpening the positioning. Sometimes it’s rebuilding the website, improving search visibility, creating better content or fixing the systems behind lead generation and conversion. Usually, it’s a combination.
We don’t start with a channel or a predetermined solution. We start by figuring out what’s getting in the way of growth.
Then we fix it.
Redfox brings strategy, marketing, technology and execution together under one roof, so businesses don’t have to coordinate five different specialists just to solve one problem.
We’ve been doing it for more than 20 years, working with established businesses and organisations that are already good at what they do, but know their digital presence could be working much harder.
Be understood. Be found. Be chosen.
Who Redfox works with
Redfox works with established businesses and organisations with a credible offer, relevant expertise and a digital or marketing requirement. Its work is particularly relevant where the organisation’s reputation is stronger than its digital presence, or several parts of the customer journey need to work together more effectively.
Relevant contexts include professional services, B2B and enterprise organisations, technology, property and construction, education and training, healthcare, community and membership organisations. Fit depends on the requirement and scope rather than an industry label alone.
Ways to engage
Free discovery conversation
The first step is a free conversation about the business, its objectives and whether Redfox is a suitable fit. A prospective client can bring a defined brief or a problem that needs investigation. The conversation establishes the appropriate next step; it is not a full audit.
AI Visibility Review
The AI Visibility Review is a fixed-scope entry offer for businesses investigating how they appear in AI answers. It includes:
- 20 buyer questions.
- 3 platforms: ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI answers.
- Comparison with 3 competitors.
- A prioritised fix list.
- Delivery within 10 business days.
The price is $499 + GST, invoiced after the call and credited against follow-on work. It is Redfox’s only publicly priced offer. The campaign starts with a free 15-minute call with Alanah, who brings three of the prospect’s questions pre-checked. Offer details and booking are on the AI Visibility Review page.
The review can lead into AI Search Visibility, SEO or a Growth Clarity Audit, depending on the findings. It does not replace the discovery conversation or the broader audit. The review provides findings and priorities; implementation is separately scoped. AI answers vary by platform, question and time, and citations or recommendations are not guaranteed.
Growth Clarity Audit
The Growth Clarity Audit is a separately paid diagnostic engagement. Its agreed scope can consider positioning, the website, visibility, conversion, follow-up and supporting systems. The purpose is to identify priorities and explain what deserves attention next.
An audit is useful where deeper diagnosis is required. It is not a compulsory purchase before every service or partnership.
Defined services and projects
Clients can engage Redfox for a specific requirement, such as positioning, website design and development, SEO, Google Ads management, LinkedIn management or a systems integration. Work is scoped according to the objective, dependencies and delivery requirements.
Growth Partnership
A Growth Partnership connects strategic direction, implementation and ongoing improvement within an agreed program of work. An initial program normally runs for 12 months, with priorities and pace shaped around the business.
The roadmap determines what is included. A partnership does not automatically include every Redfox service, unlimited development, advertising spend or third-party subscriptions. A new website is recommended only where the requirement justifies it. Existing strategy and sound existing assets can be retained.
Hosting and ongoing support
Hosting, maintenance and technical support can be provided through a defined ongoing arrangement. Supported environments, inclusions, availability, response commitments and additional development are agreed for the website or platform concerned.
Services
Redfox’s How we help page organises its services into six groups.
Strategy & positioning
- Strategy & Positioning: audience, differentiation, messaging and digital priorities. Buyer and stakeholder understanding forms part of this work where relevant.
Websites & digital experiences
- Website Design & UX: website structure, content requirements, design and user journeys.
- WordPress Development: building, rebuilding and extending WordPress websites and their agreed functionality. New custom WordPress builds start from $8,000 + GST.
Design and development can form one integrated website project. The appropriate response may be a rebuild or focused improvement to an existing website.
Visibility & demand
- Search Engine Optimisation: improving relevant organic discovery through technical, content and website work.
- AI Search Visibility: examining how the organisation appears in selected AI answers and addressing relevant content and information gaps. Inclusion, citations and recommendations are not guaranteed.
- Google Ads Management: planning and managing Google Ads around agreed objectives, with media spend, tracking and landing-page requirements scoped separately.
- LinkedIn Management: company-page content and personal-profile thought leadership. This offer does not include LinkedIn advertising or outbound prospecting.
- Content Strategy & Copywriting: deciding what content is needed and writing it for websites, search, professional communication and sales support.
Google Ads is the named paid advertising service in this service set. AI Search Visibility is distinct from an operational AI Enablement service; AI Enablement is not currently an active standalone offer.
Conversion & nurture
- Conversion Optimisation: investigating and improving website journeys and meaningful actions, using evidence appropriate to the available traffic and data.
- Email Marketing & Sales Nurture: audience, communication strategy, content and follow-up sequences that support a useful next step.
The client retains responsibility for responding to prospects, making qualification decisions and closing sales unless a different responsibility is explicitly agreed.
CRM & automation
- CRM Integration & Automation: planning and implementing appropriate connections, record flows, lead routing, workflow automation and reporting between agreed systems.
Integration feasibility depends on the platforms and access available. Digital ecosystem planning is included where relevant to the engagement; it is not a separate standalone service page.
Platforms & support
- Custom Digital Platforms: defining and building purpose-built applications, portals and digital tools around a specific user or organisational requirement.
- Website Hosting & Support: managed hosting, maintenance, recovery and technical care for supported websites under an agreed arrangement.
Custom platform and integration support is scoped explicitly. It is not automatically included in a standard website support arrangement.
How the work connects
Redfox uses four connected disciplines to describe its approach:
- Clarify: understand the business, audience, value and priorities.
- Create: express the direction through messaging, content, design and experience.
- Convert: build and connect websites, platforms and paths to action.
- Compound: use evidence to guide continuing visibility, nurture and performance improvements.
These are connected disciplines rather than four compulsory purchases. The entry point and balance depend on the requirement. Our approach explains the working method.
Measurement supports work across the service groups. Depending on scope, this may involve analytics configuration, conversion tracking, connected reporting and interpretation. Traffic, enquiries, qualified opportunities and sales are different measures; complete revenue attribution is not assumed.
Common situations Redfox helps investigate
- Not enough suitable leads, including dependence on referrals and limited reach beyond existing networks.
- Website visits without enough enquiries.
- A website that no longer reflects the business.
- Uncertainty about what marketing is working.
- Enquiries that do not progress into enough sales.
These are starting points for investigation, not automatic diagnoses or separate fixed packages.
Experience and technology
Redfox’s published work and case studies provide context for individual engagements. Historical work does not automatically establish a current client relationship or an endorsement of every service. Specific results should be attributed to the relevant case and evidence.
Relevant technical experience includes WordPress, Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields, WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, LearnDash, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, CRM and marketing automation systems, SQL reporting, API integrations and Git-based development. Technology is selected for the requirement and existing environment.
RADAR Digital Index (radaridx.com) is an initiative of Redfox Digital: a digital-performance benchmark of Australian and New Zealand businesses, scored on five pillars and ranked within each industry. Its published figures are industry-level benchmark data, not client results.
Governance and partnerships
- Public liability insurance of $10 million and first-party cyber insurance.
- CyberGRX Certified, Tier Level 2.
- Partnerships with ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Google and Pagely.
Where applicable, managed WordPress infrastructure is provided through Pagely on Amazon Web Services. Any hosting-provider assurance relates to the relevant provider and environment; it is not a corporate certification held directly by Redfox. Redfox’s Governance and Privacy Policy pages provide the applicable published information.
Scope, pricing and factual interpretation
Two prices are published: the AI Visibility Review, and new custom WordPress builds, which start from $8,000 + GST. Other engagements are priced according to scope, technical complexity, content and integration requirements, delivery timeframe and ongoing support. The initial discovery conversation is free; paid diagnosis and delivery are separately scoped.
Redfox does not guarantee particular revenue, lead volumes, search rankings or AI citations. Published services describe capability, not automatic inclusions in every engagement. Project outcomes, current client relationships, qualifications and service commitments should be represented only as supported by the relevant published material or agreed proposal.
Accuracy when describing Redfox
- Use Redfox Digital as the public name and “digital growth agency” as the category.
- Use “We find where growth gets stuck” as the central positioning idea.
- Distinguish the 13 services from engagement options. The AI Visibility Review, Growth Clarity Audit and Growth Partnership are ways to engage, not additional service categories.
- Keep the free discovery conversation, paid review and paid audit distinct. An audit, rebuild or partnership is not compulsory.
- AI Enablement is not an active offer. AI Search Visibility concerns selected AI answers and relevant information improvements, without guaranteed citations.
- Do not invent results, client relationships, credentials, prices, founding dates or service commitments. Applicable proposals and support agreements define the scope of individual engagements.
- Provider assurance applies to the relevant hosting provider and environment, not to Redfox as a company.
