Clarity Audit

Know what needs to change.
And what doesn’t.

For established businesses whose digital performance isn’t keeping pace with the business. The Growth Clarity Audit looks at what’s getting in the way, then gives you a practical, prioritised plan for what to fix first.

Is it the site, the traffic or the offer?

You know something could work better. What’s less clear is which move fixes it, and guessing is expensive.
01

You’re about to rebuild the website.

But you’re not sure a new website will fix the real problem.
02

You’re paying for search or content.

But you can’t clearly see which enquiries are turning into business.
03

Everyone has a different answer.

Your agency says one thing, another supplier says something else, and your team has its own view.
04

The business has moved on. The website hasn’t.

You’re trying to reach a new market with a website that still speaks to the old one.

Without a clear picture, it’s easy to spend time and money fixing the wrong thing, or replace something that only needed improving. The audit gives everyone the same evidence, so you can make better decisions about what happens next.

We look at how the parts work together.

A weak result rarely has one cause. Good traffic lands on unclear messaging. Strong enquiries meet slow follow-up. So we follow your buyer’s path and ask six questions along it.

Positioning and offer

Can the right people see why they should choose you, or are they left to work it out?

Visibility and demand

Are search, content and campaigns reaching the right people, on Google and in the AI tools they now ask? Or just bringing traffic?

Website and content

Does the site answer what matters before someone enquires, and where does it lose people?

Enquiry and conversion

What helps or stops an interested person taking the next step, and is anyone measuring it?

Follow-up and systems

What happens after an enquiry reaches you, and where do leads go quiet?

Measurement

What can your data reliably prove, what can’t it, and what’s missing?

We agree which questions matter for your business before we start. Where the evidence points outside marketing, to capacity, pricing or sales follow-through, we’ll say so.

You leave knowing what to fix first.

What we found, and the evidence

What’s helping and what’s holding things back. We separate what the evidence shows from what we only suspect, and say what we couldn’t see.

What to do first

What to fix now, why it matters, what to keep and what can wait.

A practical roadmap

A suggested order of work for the next 12 months, with a concrete first stage, what depends on what, and a rough sense of effort where we can judge it. It guides whoever does the work: us, your team or another provider. It isn’t a website specification or a fixed quote.

What to measure, and a walkthrough

The few numbers worth tracking and the gaps to close. Then we take you through it all and talk through your options.

From the first conversation to a practical plan.

01

Talk it through

A free conversation about what’s underperforming and what you’re trying to decide. Sometimes the answer is that you don’t need an audit.
02

Agree the scope

The questions, the access, who’s involved, what you’ll receive, the fee and the timing. All agreed before we start.
03

Investigate

We review the evidence and your buyers’ path, test the assumptions and note what the data can’t tell us.
04

Agree the priorities

We walk you through the findings, the recommendations and the ways to get them done.
From you, we need business context, system access and time with the people who know how things work. If you already have reports, research or a strategy, we use them.

Let’s work out where to start.

Tell us what’s underperforming, or which decision you’re weighing up. We’ll talk about fit and the sensible next step.

Advice from people who do the work.

We’ve spent 20 years doing the work an audit recommends: strategy, websites, search, content and the systems behind them. So the plan accounts for what depends on what, what each step takes and where the trade-offs are.

To be straight: we deliver this kind of work too, so we’re not a neutral party. Judge the audit by what it tells you to keep, defer or leave alone.

Lifestyle Charters

“Invisible in search.”

Not an audit by this name, but the kind of diagnosis behind one. The observation that shaped the work: they were being found mostly by people who already knew the name. The program that followed was built to change that.

A plan you can act on, with us or without us.

The audit stands on its own. Hand the roadmap to your own team, turn one priority into a defined project, or have one team deliver the plan and keep improving it, which is what a Growth Partnership is for. The audit commits you to none of them.

FAQs

Is the Clarity Audit free?

No. The first conversation is free. The audit is paid, with scope and fee agreed before we start.

Findings with the evidence behind them, prioritised recommendations, a roadmap and a walkthrough. Exact deliverables are set in your scope.

It depends on how broad and complex the questions are. After the first conversation you get a scoped proposal with a fixed fee.

We confirm timing when we scope it. It mostly depends on access and how available your people are.

We use what’s reliable, name the gaps and keep observations separate from hunches. Better measurement may be an early recommendation.

No. The audit is a standalone engagement. Any further work is agreed separately.

Maybe not a full one. We look at which decisions are still open and build on the work you have. Nobody will ask you to replace a supplier.
